Cancellation Policy
October 14, 2011 (Friday) is the deadline for meeting cancellation and registration fee refund. To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request including your name, registered email address, and registration barcode must be sent to the APVRS Central Secretariat (secretariat@apvrs.org) by October 14, 2011 (Friday). There is a per-person, per-meeting cancellation processing fee of US$30. No refunds will be honored for cancellation requests received after the deadline. Refunds will be processed after the Congress only.
